Process
I applied through an employee referral.
I had a recruiter screening, followed by a phone screen on Googliness and system design. Onsite was system design, code comprehension, and people management, which was in person. Onsite also had a lunch with a Googler. Google also gave an option for doing a mock interview that was not used as interview feedback. This was super helpful and highly recommended.

Pros: Free food. Nice campus. Overall, good processes and structure.
Cons: Everything else. Too much pain to get anything done. Too slow in everything. Meta is much better for speed and actually getting things done.
