Process

A waste of time.

I was supposed to have two interviews.

The first one flaked and didn't even bother calling during our scheduled interview, then ignored my emails.

The second recruiter, for a different position, emailed me literally two minutes before our scheduled phone call and said the role had already been filled.

Don't even waste your time with this company. If Google treats its candidates like this, I don't even want to imagine how they treat their actual employees.

Questions

I wish I could have known. Both times they flaked on me.
