Pros: Strong vision, execution, best pay/perks, seriously aiming to make the world a better place.
Cons: Internal competition is more top-down these days than before, but still better than any other company outside.
There are too many Directors (compared to T7s), and many are incompetent. It is very difficult to move up in some parts of the company, which serves as a reason why competent people leave.

Pros: If you are in the right place, it all works great.
Cons: If you are on the wrong team, it is a struggle.
The political setup is such that you need seniors to help you move up.
You need to be good, and also be a "good boy".
Depending on the group, sometimes, you can be a nobody and still expect to get rewarded, though I hope what I saw happen is an exception.
Trying to challenge and work your way up is very, very hard.
You need to be very lucky.
