Engineering Practicum Interview Experience - Berkeley, California
Process
I applied online, as most applicants do, and received an email from a recruiter who wanted to have a short conversation with me.
Afterwards, he wrote to me about setting up technical interviews, which I scheduled for four weeks later.
I had two back-to-back 45-minute interviews:
- One was a resume content interview.
- The other was a coding interview.
Both interviewers were super helpful in providing possible hints and guided me toward finding the solutions they were expecting.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. I ended up not getting the job, but I will definitely be applying next semester.
