Engineering Resident Interview Experience

Process

After a series of interviews for the Software Engineering role (phone and on-site), I was not offered the position. However, I was offered a chance to be hired as an Engineering Resident if I performed well in two more phone/Hangout interviews.

These interviews were similar to the previous ones. For the majority of the 45 minutes, we discussed one or a few programming questions. The remaining time was for me to ask questions about the company or my potential role.

Questions

I believe I signed an NDA before these interviews, so I can't disclose.

But they were programming questions of general difficulty, similar in style to those found in the very helpful practice book, "Cracking the Coding Interview."
