There are two phone interviews: the first is code reading and the second is coding. This was mid-February for me.

The last step is pairing you with a hosting team. In my case, they couldn't find me a host, so I was put on the waitlist. The very next day, some people had declined their offers, and so I was matched with a team. This was the end of March.
