Process
Thought I didn't do so well during the interviews and didn't really expect to ever get an offer. I did and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely apply, you have nothing to lose! Google likes grit and passion the most. I prepared using Cracking the Coding Interview and various online sources like LeetCode and HackerRank. Even if you don't get an offer, learning how to navigate technical interviews is really helpful! Also, the engineers I talked to really guided me through my mistakes (I made quite a lot). It was a wonderful and nerve-wracking learning experience.
