I was contacted by a Google recruiter, and we set up a phone interview. The phone interview question was relatively simple, but I wasn't prepared. I managed to get a working solution, but it wasn't the best. Hence, I was called in for a second phone interview. The same was the case; I didn't know how to approach the problem.
