Process

A Google recruiter contacted me about a week after I submitted my resume online to schedule a phone interview.

After a few days, I was contacted by one of the team members for the interview.

The conversation was polite throughout, but after a few questions on PCB production, the questioning veered off and heavily emphasized quality control and management.

The interview lasted around 30 minutes.

Questions

  1. Define precision vs. accuracy. Measurements that are close to the known value are said to be accurate, whereas measurements that are close to each other are said to be precise.

  2. Name a chemical used in the stripping process during PCB production. Magnesium Permanganate (MgMn2O8)

  3. Name the continuous quality improvement tools.
