I only had face-to-face interviews, and I was not asked any technical questions. We just talked about different kinds of technologies and methods that can help solve different kinds of problems. When I asked my recruiter what to expect from this interview, she told me that this is their style and I am not the only one who does not understand the criteria by which they are going to select candidates.
