The phone interview was not too technical and focused more on my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led.
Onsite was rigorous. I met with several senior people, including the hiring manager.
Feedback from the recruiter was that they wanted greater depth in my answers. The trouble is, they never ask for more information or details; they will just be silent. This was so awkward. If I am to be judged on depth, it would help to know so I could adjust during the interview.
Probability question, similar to GMAT.
