After submitting my application through a referral, I immediately received an OA.
The OA was designed to assess whether I would be a good fit for Google's culture.
After passing the OA, the HR department scheduled a technical phone interview for me.
Unfortunately, I did not pass the phone interview. But, the whole experience was pretty good.
