Pros: Difficult to list everything, but the company practically gives you everything. You could live in the office: there's food, a place to sleep, lunch, snacks, a gym, laundry, a doctor, a physical therapist, etc. You just need to focus on work… and it pays well.

Cons: Promotion cycles are slower, and the promotion document is a lot of work to create.
