Process
I was contacted by a Poland-based recruiter to work in their Warsaw office. It was a cold call, so I was less than interested, for sure.
Mostly out of curiosity, I passed the initial review and got a call from a senior developer. However, the senior developer was really frustrated and less than optimistic.
Salary research was also less than optimistic, so I declined further steps.
