Process
Started promising, but ended up being a waste of time. A recruiter from Google Poland contacted me about remote roles for senior software engineers from Romania.
The first step was a 45-minute online technical interview/screening. I passed this successfully, so they decided to invite me to virtual on-site interviews.
At this point, I had an initial sync with a second recruiter to discuss details about the virtual on-site interviews. After I sent my availability dates for the interviews, they started arranging them.
Unfortunately, the interviews never got scheduled. After about three weeks of no updates, it turned out there were no longer roles available for remote work from Romania.

Coding question with vaguely defined requirements. Medium difficulty, with follow-ups.
