Process
I had a really good experience. Everybody whom I talked to was helpful and conducted the interviews professionally. The questions were medium to hard, but with good preparation, one can succeed.

More Dilbert, Less Fun
Senior SWE • Current Employee
Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland
December 17, 2021
Pros: Awesome people -- mostly kind, communicative, and smart.
Cons: Lots of politics (compared to 10 years back), frequent reorgs. I had 4 managers in the last 2 years.
Poor teamwork because of a self-centric scoring and promotion process. The only way to get a significant pay bump is to work more.
