Pros: This is a company that really cares about its employees. Starting from the interview process, everything was incredible. As an intern, I had a lot of freedom with my projects. I got to do something on my own that turned out to have a big impact on the company. The people are amazing and very knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions, they were willing to spend time with me and suggest things that could be improved.

Cons: For an intern, the learning curve is very steep. For a regular employee, it takes about 6 months before they are productive. Maybe improved training for interns.

Pros: Challenging position. Rewarding career. Great career opportunity. Top-tier benefits. Brilliant and helpful coworkers.

Cons: Quarterly performance reviews focus on two-dimensional impact, which can make the success motive rewarding for transient successes. I.E., projects are sometimes spooled up for performance impact and then discarded after promotions are received.

Pros: Great company to work for. Looks after its employees.

Cons: The complexity of the job can be intimidating.
