Process
First, a recruiter contacted me with the position. They requested skill level estimates about different subjects, such as Network, Linux, Python, etc.
Then, an HR person had a video conference and asked 4-5 questions per subject, verifying my own estimations.
After that, an online coding test was administered.
Finally, I was invited for an onsite interview with five different engineers.
