I met with a recruiter for 30 minutes, followed by a 60-minute leadership interview and a 60-minute code review interview.
The recruiter never contacted me after the initial call and did not inform me of who I would be meeting with during my interviews. They have also ignored all follow-up emails since then.
It has now been 50 days since they last spoke to me.

Pros: Great colleagues, big opportunities for worldwide impact, great perks, great office locations, and a good salary.
Cons: The layoffs this year shuttered employee trust in management, and the newly introduced focus on KPIs is not a great way to incentivize smart people. More information, trust, and sharing of plans about strategy and direction would allow the smart folks to optimize on the ground and on the fly for the objective to be achieved.
