The interview started with a coding challenge, which was not too difficult, falling somewhere in the LeetCode Medium to Easy range. After that, there were two phone interviews. During these, you had to solve a LeetCode Medium problem in a Google Doc while explaining your thought process to the recruiter. I suggest practicing coding in a Google Doc beforehand, as the formatting (or lack thereof) can be quite off-putting.

They were very concerned with your approach to solving each problem. You have to describe how you came about the solution.
