Process
One phone call with the recruiter to schedule the initial interview.
Two subsequent phone calls, each an hour long, will be used to demonstrate technical skills with technical interviewers.
Candidates can select any programming language. A warmup precedes the problem-solving portion, during which interviewers will ask about past projects to help candidates become more comfortable with the skill demonstration part.
Questions
I signed an NDA about the questions, but they were similar to the problems found on websites dedicated to solving puzzles.
