Process
The first round was an OA round. In that round, a total of three questions were asked with a time limit of one hour. The time allotted to the students was four hours, from 1 PM to 5 PM. During this period, anyone could answer or take the test. This was followed by an interview.

Pros: 1. WLB is good; most of the org I am in works ~40 hours per week.
2. Pay is decent. It is not as crazy as AI startups, but I would say it is fair for most people.
Cons: Under the cloud, it is very revenue-driven. Many times you need to face the customer directly. If this is not very exciting to you, it can be tiresome.
