I submitted my resume over the Google Recruit site.
As a new graduate, I was given an email with some links to study for the upcoming interview. It also included a bunch of papers about GFS, Bigtable, and similar topics.
HR reached out to me via email two weeks after my resume was sent. She was helpful and responsive.
During the phone interview, the interviewer went straight to coding without asking anything about my resume.
Overall, it was a positive experience.
