After a lot of luck (your CV won't help, your contacts within Google won't help, it's sheer luck), you can get interviews. Then, maybe with a little luck, your interviewer will be worth something. You are more likely to get very very very bad interviewers (worst in the industry?) who don't care about you, who will mislead you, who will insult you, and who will ask questions not relevant to the topic of the interview. Worst experience ever. Go into the HFT industry where you will have simpler questions and you will feel respected.
