Personality assessment that you cannot prep for. I answered all the questions as I’m a team player but got rejected here. There are no resources you could use to prepare for this round. I think I answered honestly, but I’m not sure what they are looking for, and honestly this test doesn’t seem even remotely good enough to gauge the personality for a hire if you give all the options that mean the same.
