Process
The initial process began with a phone screen with a recruiter. I skipped the prescreen test due to my experience.
The recruiter provided me with a lot of prep material.
The interview itself consisted of:
- A 45-minute personality screening where they asked several questions related to work scenarios.
- Four coding tests administered by current employees. Unfortunately, I was only able to complete two out of four on time. I belatedly remembered the answers for the other two after the interview.

Pros: Google was a great place to work. It had a relaxed environment, friendly people, and provided an excellent WLB.
Cons: Working at Google can quickly become overwhelming with the amount of knowledge you need to keep up with, especially if you switch teams often.
