Process
You will be interviewed by 3 to 5 interviewers at a time, going through 4 to 5 interview rounds. Most interviews last around 45 minutes each but can go for longer.
These rounds include:
- Two rounds on organizational fit
- Two on technical competencies
- One on role-specific fit
Technical interviews include coding and system design. In addition, technical applicants are asked to solve questions through a collaborative working tool.
The interviewers include the prospective manager, teammates, cross-functional teammates, and peers.
