Process
The interview process consists of three rounds.
First, a recruiter will contact you and send documents for technical interviews.
Afterwards, you will be contacted for a phone interview where you will code on a shared Google Doc.
The final round involves a full day at the office with four rounds of interviews.

Pros: Everybody I've got to work with so far is very good at their craft. It's great to learn from others, especially since I'm at the very beginning of my career.
Cons: It may be hard to make a meaningful impact. For example, there are many internal projects that provide little utility that one may have to work on.
