Software Engineer (Generalist) Interview Experience - Mountain View, California
Process
A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn, and we then had a casual conversation on the phone.
He mentioned that applicants usually take some time to prepare for the phone screening. However, since I was happy with my current company at that time, I did not prepare and took the screening as soon as possible. I simply wanted to see where my skills were at that time.
