- HR discussed the position and asked some questions about my background.
- A telephone technical interview was scheduled.
- A technician from Washington D.C. called to conduct the interview.
The technician was really nice. We talked a lot about the Google working process and environment, and he discussed the major tasks for a SET at Google.

- Determine the overlap.
- Write test cases based on the overlap.

Pros: Really good work environment. You have to be passionate about doing something there. Otherwise, you won't be able to keep up.
Cons: My manager wasn't particularly the best. He didn't offer a lot of guidance or leadership, though you should be self-motivated to work.
