I dropped my resume at a university career fair. One week later, I got the chance for on-campus interviews, which consisted of two 45-minute back-to-back interviews. Unfortunately, on the day before the on-campus interview, they informed me that one of the interviewers would leave earlier, so only one back-to-back interview was available, and the other would be changed to a phone interview. I did well in the on-campus interview but not so well in the phone interview. Anyway, the interview process, which is supposed to be happy, turned out to be not so good.
