Pros: Interned here before layoffs. Supportive host. Had a good connection with my team & fellow interns. Free food & perks. Don't have to park your own car either. The office is in a cool location, but the building itself was a bit outdated. Could be a con, but you are given a sign-on/relocation of 9k. Google does not secure housing for you, and Airbnbs in the area are really steep, especially if you get your offer later in the season. Ended up bringing my car and commuting 20-30 min.

Cons: My team hadn't gone to market yet, so we didn't have as many offsites and perks as others. Metrics for FT conversion were a bit vague. Converting to FT during the layoffs, headcount was very limited. The conversion recruiter got laid off, so there was a lack of communication.

Pros: Friendly staff, good environment, and perfect location.

Cons: There were many people, and it mainly depended on which department you worked for.

Cons: Not many cons. On-call is not good.
