Process
You will have two back-to-back phone interviews. Each interview will last about 45 minutes. The interviewers will give you a question at the beginning. You will need to solve it within the 45 minutes. Normally, there will be a follow-up question after the first one.

Pros: The teammates are all nice and helpful.
My host worked for Google for more than 10 years with lots of experience.
I learned a lot from him.
Cons: The conversion process needs an additional two rounds of interviews. If you focused on your project, didn't prepare for interviews well, and didn't perform well in them, you are likely to be rejected by the Hire Committee.
