I applied through a recruiter.
After submitting a resume, you will be asked to complete an initial coding assessment, and from there, if you pass that, 2 rounds of technical interviews are conducted.
The last round is a project matching one that I couldn't make to that round, but it is mostly matching your skillset to a project that Google software engineers are working on.
