Process
I had a recruiter who explained the process and how to prepare in great detail.
I had a phone screen that did not go well because the questions were poorly phrased. I believe they recognized this, as they moved me forward to the in-person interviews.
I then had five interviews, each lasting roughly 45 minutes. The questions were very relevant and well-phrased, and the interviewers were friendly.
After about a week and a half, they sent me an offer.
