I have two phone interviews and one on-site interview.

I had a recruiter who explained the process and how to prepare in great detail. I had a phone screen that did not go well because the questions were poorly phrased. I believe they recognized this, as they moved me forward to the in-person interviews

Phone screen followed by a day-long onsite interview. This consists of 5 interviews, each 45 minutes long. Each interview includes a programming problem to code and questions on unit testing. One interview focuses on system design.
