Typical phone screen and then 5 onsite interviews.
At the end, they offered some kind of academy that seemed like an internship that could lead to full-time.
Not sure why anyone would accept that if they already have a job offer at a similar company. It felt fairly insulting; I would rather have received a rejection.
Questions
