Most of the review process was smooth. However, one engineer who interviewed me on-site showed apparent dislike for my research.
The HR department was not very helpful in clarifying the difference between different types of positions, such as software engineer versus test engineer.

Pros: Security, stock, so many social opportunities with internal groups, and the definition of standard benefits.
Cons: It's too easy to think things are going well when in reality the team you land in isn't a fit. Three months after you land there, give yourself a good hard look:
* Will I actually succeed in this team?
* Do I feel that I actually trust my coworkers?
If you don't identify a team you would gel with, transfer as quickly as possible.
