Process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
I was reached out to by a xwf recruiter to give an OA which contained 2 easy string questions. I proceeded to the interview loop ~3 weeks later and had 2 45-minute remote interviews, one technical LeetCode style and the other behavioral. The LeetCode question was a medium and I solved it optimally, but I could tell that I took too long. I got a rejection email the same day.
