Pros: 1. A lot of people you can learn from.
2. TLs and managers are very involved in the project.
3. Clear promotion flow.
4. Fair salary and stocks.
5. Google community organizes a lot of events; it's easy to find one that suits you and be engaged to contribute.
6. Good work-life balance; people in the team trust you.
Cons: The promotion flow is clear, but it's very slow compared to other options. The salary is still fair, though.

- Work culture is more or less free from office politics.
- Working alongside some extremely bright engineers.
- Excellent technical resources and technical documentation.
Cons: Depending on the team, there may be occasional re-orgs that disrupt projects.
