I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks.
Jan 15: First Recruiter reached out through Randstad. Jan 29: Google Recruiter reached out. 17 Feb: 2 interviews, behavioral (normal STAR stories, interviewer was very good) and RRK (asked a DSA question). I passed both interviews with very positive feedback. 17 March: 2 coding rounds, in-person interview in Sunnyvale campus. One round asked a graph question, and in the last coding round they asked an N-ary tree. I took some time and took 2 hints, and finally wrote the optimal solution, and after this there was no time for a follow-up question. Result: I got a rejection as the recruiter mentioned that you took a lot of time to get the solution in one coding round.
