The interview process consists of three stages:

• Initial Interview with recruiter (5 minutes)
• Technical Interview (1 hour)
• Behavioral Interview (1 hour)

I initially applied through a referral. I attempted to secure an interview for six months consecutively but was only successful once.

Following this, there was a brief and quick interview with the recruiter. We discussed the team, location, interview process, tech stack, and responsibilities.

The technical interview was dynamic and intense, involving one task. It required me to describe my thought process throughout the task.
