The process was fairly straightforward, and the interview was alright. However, the interviewers were kinda rude and weren't paying attention at all. They asked all coding questions and didn't care about who you are, your background, or where you come from.

Pros: Great perks, great benefits, lots of flexibility in your schedule, and job security. (Pretty sure Google doesn't fire anyone).
Good work/life balance compared to other jobs with similar pay.
Cons: Bureaucracy at every level. Tech debt that sometimes seems insurmountable. I've spent full afternoons trying to change some text to a slightly different shade of grey because the codebase is so convoluted. Boring, boring work.
