By phone, the problems were easy. On the virtual site, the problems were medium difficult, especially one where the problem was not well defined. This way it is very difficult to solve. The problem was that the person was from somewhere in the other hemisphere and struggled to express themselves in English.
Questions
Some interviews were easy. In one, I was given 6 minutes to code the solution, and in another, I was not allowed to change the solution.
