I applied at my university and went through the standard process:

• Background and behavioral phone interviews
• Coding challenges
• On-site interview, for which I was flown out.

The problems were interesting and challenging. Only one of the four on-site interview questions was, in my opinion, slightly "unfair," perhaps only because of how it was worded to me.

Overall, the interview and application process was great, despite my rejection.
