The HR was very friendly. The interview process typically involves one phone interview, or two if they feel the candidate isn't performing optimally. Although I did not receive an offer after the onsite interview, the HR continued to reach out, offering new opportunities six months later.

Pros: Good pay, safe job. They are too big to fail and aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
Cons: A lot of smart and ambitious people; some have both of these qualities, some only one. The ambitious ones have learned to game the system and focus on productivity theater versus focusing on making whatever they're working on better. Senior management can't distinguish, and they possibly could be guilty of the same.

Cons: Getting big, quite competitive on good opportunities, a lot of geek-type persons.
