Process

Several months ago, a recruiter contacted me, and we set up two phone interviews. Everything went fine, and shortly after, I was invited for four onsite interviews.

As is customary, they paid for my plane tickets and hotel, rented a car, and reimbursed my food, fuel, and other expenses.

It has been almost one month since the onsite interviews, and I am still waiting for a response from the recruiter.

Questions

Phone Interview: There was a problem that required a clever use of Quicksort. You should have a really good understanding of randomized partitioning and Big O analysis.

Onsite Interview: Sort and merge really large chunks of data across several servers. You decide how and where to merge the data.
