Process
Two rounds of phone interview followed by an onsite interview.
First phone interview was about arrays (move all elements of value v to the end of the array), while the second was on string manipulation (find the longest substring with two distinct characters).
The onsite interview questions were more varied:
- Matrix manipulation
- Binary search tree
- Lunch
- String compression
- A question with lots of edge cases followed by a design question

Cons: - Not a startup anymore; starting to feel like a corporate environment.
- Compensation is not as high as other companies in the locality.
- Recognition for your work is sometimes lacking.
- Can get lost in the sea of people.
