There were two technical phone interviews, which went pretty well. The questions were simple, and the interviewers were nice. A few days later, I received an email to schedule the on-site interview.
The on-site interview was a lot harder. First, I met with the recruiter, who was very pleasant. She gave me a brief tour and then took me to a meeting room where all the subsequent interviews took place. The questions were more challenging, requiring thought on overall solutions to big problems rather than focusing on small details.
