I was given an hour and a half to do two programming questions, and then moved on to the next stage where I had to solve a programming question in Google Docs. Afterwards, I was scheduled an onsite interview, and a week later was denied.

I highly recommend studying and practicing algorithms and data structures. Looking at past questions doesn't really help because each interviewer comes up with their own question, and an interviewer told me if they ever see their question appear online, then they will have to change it.
